We are celebrating an exceptional 100% pass rate in the recent 11 Plus examinations for grammar school entry.
The 11 Plus test is conducted by grammar schools nationwide and its purpose is to offer places to pupils who are expected to thrive academically in secondary schools and beyond. The test is extremely competitive and has a very high pass rate. Nationally, an estimated 1 in 6 students who take the 11 Plus tests gain admission to their chosen school. We are therefore delighted to see all 20 students who took the test this year, score marks that make them eligible for a grammar school place, with some scoring exceptionally high marks across all three subjects.
